It was after 8 am and our outdoor thermometer was reporting -5°F. There’s a ring of ice in our heated bird bath with water wiggler which keeps the water moving. I’m not sure if the heater is giving up the ghost or it’s just too cold for it to keep up, but both the water wiggler and the heater seem to be over-burdened this morning.
